Test on 9/23

After reading Carol's post about not being able to "post new pictures" on this site, I had to try it out for myself. so, I'm going to try to post one of my best pictures (No, it's not of me!). It was from an early morning shot of some deer crossing Elkhorn Creek.
If it doesn't work....I'll just sit here, fume, cuss a little, and wait for Google to fix the problem!

Well....it worked! Guess I'll just have to find something else to bitch about!

  3. Beautiful shot, Dave; I'm glad you were able to post it.

Hmmm...want something else to cuss about?

How about the recent closing of the last American incandescent light bulb factory? After 2014 it will be illegal for retaliers to sell conventional incandescent bulbs.

  4. Well, what happened was I FIRST clicked on accepting their new format, THAT is what didn't have the ability to post pictures. Luckily my thinking cap was still on so I reverted back to the old format. Did you also accept the new format and post a picture? Can you tell me how you did it? I had no tools at all to post one. And you know I know how to post pictures.

  5. Well, I guess I could "rambleon" about my great computer skills on how I figured out how to post the picture....but, since I am a computer illiterate.... there ain't no way in hell that I'm about to try some new fangled format unless I absolutely have to!
About those "damned new bulbs"! The damned things are a hell of a lot more expensive, are all produced overseas, have more hazardous waste, and will only last about as long as the old ones!
I've got a Canon Rebel xti digital, but most of my photos were taken with a small Fine Pix digital.
