Subject: SCOTTISH FEMALE COMPASSION
A truly touching story….
A man was sitting on a blanket at the beach. He had no arms and no legs.
Three women, from England, Wales, and Scotland, were walking past and felt sorry for the poor man.
The English woman said 'Have you ever had a hug?' The man said 'No,' so she gave him a hug and walked on.
The welsh woman said, 'Have you ever had a kiss?' The man said, 'No,' so she gave him a kiss and walked on.
The Scottish woman came to him and said, 'ave ya ever been screwed laddie?'
The man broke into a big smile and said, ‘no’.A truly touching story….

ReplyDeleteThank you for the smile. I did wonder where this was going lol.
Thanks for one of the best laughs I've had this year, Dave, and thanks for all the other laughs you've shared with us throughout 2010.
ReplyDeleteBest of all, thank you for the times you've brought a little peace and quiet into some pretty hectic days with your tales from your cabin.
I'm glad I found your blog, and I'm glad I found you; you're a good guy!
HAHAHA! What a great one! Dave, I hope you and Kim have an extra special New Years Eve. Make it super romantic :D I know Marissa isn't hanging around you old guys tonight; she's off with her own honey. Remember how fun it was to have a huge Eve planned? Tons of people, dancing, drinking, horn blowing and even maybe bestowing a kiss on someone you never saw in your whole life and never would again (opps, did I do that?) Hey, it was fun. Now I fall asleep before the ball ever hits the ground.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, my friend, and you KNOW I'll see you all the time in 2011! XOXOXO
Happy New Year Dave..thank you so much for the visit while all of my sons were here 7/24 and the cat has been ill. I appreciated the support. believe me.
ReplyDeleteAwww, Dave, thanks for those very kind words on my page tonight. I was just getting ready to shut down and go to bed when I saw your note. Yes, I remember the very day you landed on Curtis's page and even said that I'd recommended him to you and that it was true. Wow. AND I remember when I couldn't even breathe for trying because I was so upset with his death. I'd posted one last note to say I'd be gone for a while. When I came back months later and saw all the notes, I saw that you'd been by many times and left kind words for me. Did you think I'd forget that? Never. You have a fan in me for life, Dave. Count on it. I know a good person when I "see" one. xoxoxo
ReplyDeleteThis is funny! I am stealing it immediately (but only to TELL, not to write). And I see from your profile, you are another refugee from Spaces - I had s nice group of Bloggers I read there, and most have left - I finally bailed one day when I couldn't get into my own site except as a guest. But the last year of it, it was just Facebook Lite - not the bloggers, but the site. Happy New Year!
